My Fabia came without the electric side mirrors. Anyone knows if the wiring has already been done and we can just change to an electric one?

Remove the A pillar plastics and have a look. My gut would say no, no wiring present...

There are quite a few different wiring harnesses for front doors on the Fabia, depending on what electrics are involved, eg central locking, electric windows, and electric mirrors. As Quinten advised, have a look but don't be surprised if the wiring you need isn't there.
