Depends how thick the cable is, but assuming it will get below the seat cover through the headrest holes, there is plenty of space in the seat back for it.

The front and back of the seat cover are connected together by a long black plastic clip, half of which is on the front panel, half on the back (see photo). The covers are tensioned by malleable metal 'hog rings' which connect loops on the cover to metal bars buried in the seat foam. Some of these may need to be twisted to undo them in order to peel back the cover enough to reach your wire.

I'd practice with the passenger seat first in case you need to drive the car somewhere to complete the job.

Managed to do the passengers eat, i would have taken some more progress pics for everyone but come close to launchin it down the street so left the camera alone lol. Those hog clips are an **** tho lol
