Looks nice - would make a very useful Q car that. I'd hope you could delete spec that silver grille though, I think it looks terrible.

I should imagine at least £30k - the W8 was about £30k IIRC and that was a few years ago, I would imagine closer to £35k for this one.

Absolutely - just did a quick Autotrader search on W8s, 52-plate blue saloon with 53k - £12k. Now that's a proper sleeper, you don't even really notice the 4 pipes! Just take the badges off

I think about the £33k+ mark would be about right.

One to watch the value of in 2-3yrs, certainly. Still can't believe the price of W8s now, so if that's a precedent, who knows! Remember seeing a beige saloon 02 for 8995, can't remember the mileage on it, but still :eek:

Id rather get a Phaeton W12 or V10 TDi...I bet they will depreciate even harder than the passat!

I think that looks quite spiffing - shame about the grille though. Stealth cars are always best.

that was the thing about the R32 it just looks like a golf with a body kit and doesnt shout much about its speed..... my boss has 1 and goes like something brown off a shovel....
