Just had to have an unscheduled visit to the local dealers. setting off from the lights there was a loud bang, followed by severe vibration as I tried to drive the car out of the way.

Apparently the engine stabiliser that is bolted to the sump & sub frame decided to let go.

Anyone else suffered the same?
