Hello people.. First of all, I want to excuse my bad English... I'm not really good in Writing English... But I will do my best to write the right way:P

And I have a first question to mention...

I Own a Skoda Octavia SLX Tdi 99 model 110hp ( great first car!! )

And i'm looking for some new headlights. I think the headlights are a bit to "dry" or dirty.. Scratchy.. The don't look nice and so on... So does anyone know about any headlights that fits this car ? It does not have to be original lights from skoda..

And will the " clear" glass from the 2000 model ( face lift) fit my lights ?

Give me som awnser then folks

Realy nice forum/site though!!

Best Regards

Firstly, let me say that your English is entirely understandable.

Regarding your headlight question, I take that you're not keen on the "lens glass" appearance, and would prefer a clear shield? In which case I don't think there were any changes to the metal in the 2000 A4 facelift, but the A5 (new Octavia) is a different car. So you might have to replace the grille panel and/or the bumper, but the later lights should fit. Otherwise, can't find it now, but I'm sure someone else was asking about the possiblity of getting BMW "angel eyes" style headlights for an Octy.

Otherwise, you might try contacting one or more of the site sponsors.
