Wireless networking? whats all that about then :D

I have a Speedtouch 545 4 port router like this one:

I currently use an ethernet connection on my desktop PC, but have just picked up an HP laptop and wondered what cards I will need to put into both the router and the laptop to be able to get it going without wires.

From what i can find on the net it suggests a speedtouch wifi card ? but is that just the manufacturer saying "use my product" when infact any generic card will do???

The laptop is a HP Pavilion ZE4800

If you could point to something on the likes of PC world that would be ace

Well the wireless network thing is like this...

It's a network, that is without wires.

HTH :P

Seriously though, any card that meets the same standard, such as 802.11b/g from a reputable manufacturer will work just fine :)
