We had a problem when the cumbria area was flooded -- the Audi dealer was at the deepest part and they had approx 60 cars written off by their insurers -- these cars were then sold for between £5k & £10k.

We started to get lots of problems with cars coming in with strange faults -- it was only when we had 2 cars on the same day with similar faults that we noticed they had come from Cumbria - a call to the dealer confirmed the problem.

Unfortunately for one customer he had bought the car unaware of its previous history - even though the car had been written off it had not yet been listed for HPi
