This is a zipped file of an admittedly poor in-cabin recording of how a Fabia vRS sounds with the cat and back box removed. Second-gear tires squeal for comparision as well!

Maybe it's just the recording. But it sounds like a standard car, but a bit boomier.

It must be the recording - used my cellphone!

The thing is - deffo better flow, cheap and when cruising at 70mph almost no difference in volume, just deeper...

If you wanted it to sound more "sports exhaust" - you could put on one of those chrome tips that has a expansion chamber thingie before the end - that may give a better sound!
