Finally a bit of good news for me- got a call from my Mom in the UK last night. She's coming back to Bahrain this Sunday and has agreed to put the Forge FMIC in her suitcase (this after a lot of pleading on my part - you never outgrow being a son:D ).

Can't wait to fit it, although temps are around 20 deg here (it's winter!)

Have to get the all-clear from my eye doctor though - he found a couple of retinal holes in my eyes and had to freeze them to -96 degrees last week (only slightly more fun than poking your eyes with a sharp stick...) My eyeballs are just beginning to lose their smoked Salmon appearance!:eek:

No sex, no lifting stuff- until the holes have sealed. I think that fitting a Forge FMIC definitely violates the latter, and perhaps comes close to the former as well:D

Wonder how the car will behave with the FMIC on at these temps: esp. turbo lag, sound, power.

The power will just keep on coming and coming and coming all the way up the rev range. You'll only realise what you've been missing with the SMIC when you put the front-mount on. I didn't notice any difference in lag or sound with mine.

Will get a slightly more noisy turbo as it has to spin for longer to fill up the FMIC pipework, but you'll love it
