Just aquired my first Superb Elegance 2.5 V6 TDI (55 plate) - seems great but early days yet.

Can anyone tell me if the Cd autochanger will play MP3's please.

I have found all the threads interesting and informative - hope to contribute soon.

I've not tried an MP3 CD in my autochanger, so would be interested in the answer myself.

I dont think the changers support MP3's, but i could be wrong.

No. the changer doesnt support mp3's, standard audio cd's only.

If you have an ipod you can plug it into the stereo's autochanger input, with the correct adaptor.

Welcome John. Latest brochure says "Symphony radio with in-dash MP3 CD Player" so you might be OK.

Thanx to all of you for your quick replies.

Have tried as follows - The Autochanger does NOT accept MP3 but the head unit does. This means that you cannot have the Sat Nav and play MP3 at same time. Hope this helps.

Was up at Sherlodge on Thursday talking to Paul,Normally pop in for a coffee and chat 3 or 4 times a month to see whats about, When I mentioned the 2.5 superb to which he answered it was sold.

Thanks Mike for clearing that up - or should I say Sherlock "elementary" Mike.

The car is great and the colour is also great. I bought the car off Barry and I have to say the service I have been given by all staff (but especially Barry) has been excellent. I can thoroughly recommend this garage to anyone in this area.
