clock display

Featured Replies

Hi guys

have noticed the last couple of days, that when i put the key in the ignition the clock displays the time! all good ok, but when i turn the car over the tempetature is then displayed.??? not a major problem, but why is it doing it???? any ideas

cheffie..

who is just not busy enough!!! 5 days to go!!

It's a safety feature - when the temperature falls below 4degrees C the display will automatically switch to temperature to tell you it's cold.

ok thanks for that,

cheffie

Also, if your driving along and the temp drops below 4 degrees the display will switch to the temp and possibly beep if its enabled on your car

Without the key, the display defaults to telling the time. With the ignition on, it reverts to showing whatever it was set to when the ignition was last switched off.
