Just waiting for my Fabia vRS to be delivered. Just have a quick couple of questions for you people in the know. Hope you can help me please.

a. does it come with heated door mirrors as standard?

b. does it have an alarm as standard?

a. does it come with heated door mirrors as standard?

Yes - they're turned on by putting the electric mirror switch to the central position. Thus you can elect not to have them on (by leaving it on left or right) but since they clear condensation and light rain, I leave mine on all the time. Shouldn't be a problem. This situation compares to my BMW when they were on al the time regardless and my Freelander when (I think) they were only on if the HRW was on too.

b. does it have an alarm as standard?

Yes - seems fine - apparently Cat 1 standard. Set automatically using the remote - though you can do it with the key too. You'll need to read the handbook in detail to realise how it works.
