Just trying to decide if dual zone is a must for the octy vRS...

Piccy request with and without!

Ta very much! :)

Jumbo box gets right in the way of the handbrake ive found :thumbdwn:

Rear leccys are good if you have lazy c*nts as passengers, and the dual zone is excellent

I thought that in the showroom until I realised the armrest could slide backwards...

Wouldn't be without one now :)

Don't know where they get "Jumbo" from, mind. You'll get a packet of Polos in there and not much else...

I also don't know why they call it "Jumbo". I've just sold Toyota Avensis that has real "jumbo" box with double floor, or let's say "two floors" box, each with 2 litres capacity. Used it so much and never menaged to fill them with things. Now, in my Octy "Jumbo" box is always empty as I can fit only pack of smokes there, but I don't smoke. So it stays empty.

Your decision is not between dual and single zone climate but between climatronic (auto AC) and manual. Climatronic is always dual zone. Manual is single zone. So, try to understand what you need. If your decision depends only on visual, please try to think of difference in price between two of them and what each of them does so you'll get best decision closer to your needs.

Electric is also more secure than manual. Having seen the AA gain access with ease to a friend's car by winding down the rear window winder with a length of wire, i'd be very reluctant to have a car with manual windows.

Also good if you have kids!

Thanks Mike, just what I was after ;)

Fluffmeister has an OctyII vRS without dual zone & jumbo box iirc.

Plenty of pics on Stu's website with dual zone climate piccy's shown.

Looks like I too will have to add this option to the list.
