well i've got projector type headlights in a VW......

bought the Halfrauds SB bulbs based on that Auto Express result and they where rubbish.

Far yellower and dimmer light than the Philips GT150 bulbs which where being replaced (as one had blown)

Since got rid of the halfrauds insulting bulbs and changed to the new Philips X-Power ones - almost like HID's.........cheaper for a set than buying 2 single Halfrauds ones too.

Very strange - mine seem brighter and not particularly yellow. The ones I removed were Osrams (not sure which spec).

Having said that I haven't really used them on any very dark roads yet.

Just out of interest where did you get the Philips GT150's from?

Hid's would have been nice in your car just like the ones my friend fitted to his fabia, they looked awsome!!
