If you pull down the little glove box beside the steering wheel, it should be behind that so you will need to let it flap free from the catch (just give it a good tug). That is where it is on UK models. Hope this helps.

As Rooboy has said, it's in the can cooler next to the wheel. I was told to open it, and then squeeze the sides while pulling it down further, it then flops right the way down and then you see the purple OBD port behind.
