Dicovered another oil that fits the specs for a 2 TDI PD engine:

Long Life 0w-30

Fully Synthetic - Ultimate Protection - Maximum Performance

Service Classification: ACEA A5 B5

Meets requirements of: VW 506 01, VW 506 00, VW 503 00 Long Life Service.

I got 1 litre from a local auto factor for 11 UKP.

I noted this was cheaper than what I paid for the Castrol equivalent.
