Does anyone know if the Navman ICN330 map memory cards are standard SD cards or not?

I've been looking around the web for a while now trying to find an answer, as well as comparing my card to another SD card, and I'm still not sure. :confused:

Looks like it uses an MMC memory for its internal - but that's irrelevant I think.
