Hello and Welcome:D

Is that cambelt change quote from your friendly Skoda Stealer?

If i was you i would get the belt changed but i'm sure you could get it done cheaper somewhere else,an independant maybe.

If your ever out Rochester Way check out Impossible Performance,Mike is very knowledgable and very reasonable.

I live in Essex near Stansted Airport and i take my car down there to be serviced.

My Octy vRS is 3yrs 4 months old and has 108K miles on the clock,is re-mapped with various other modifications and is converted to Dual Fuel(LPG)and its been fantastic.

Have fun on the forum.

IIRC correctly 4 years, 60K for the Cam belt.
