I suspect that once you've been caught by the camera, "presumption of innocence" is out of the window. Proof of guilt tends to do that!

I'm surprised Hampshire is as low as 66% as there's only about 5 cameras in the entire county :rofl:

You heard about the guy who was sent a NIP for 75 in a 60, in his farm tractor? Unless the photo is properly compared wit the DVLA database for type and colour, it is not evidence, even if the speed limit is correctly signposted, and the camera correctly calibrated (both cases for quashing 6 figure numbers of prosecutions in the last 3 years).
