Jetex filters??

Featured Replies

right i've been offered a jetex panel filter on the cheap that is for a tdi fabia, which of course also will fit the 2.0 model

does anybody have any experiences they want to share?? good or bad???

or shall i just spend a fiver on an oe one??

Couple of blokes on another forum I use have them fitted - they seem to rate them. At the end of the day there's no real difference between K&N, Green or the rest of them. If you can have one for a fiver I'd give it a go

The only one that's different if I recal is Pippercross which is a foam based fillter rather than cotton gauze - but then again that could be complete b0ll0cks:D

HTH:thumbup:

Jetex are made by JR and aren't a bad make. I'd rather fit them than a Green tbh.

Pipercross is a foam filter and for VAG engines (well all Bosch MAF applications) the foam is designed to run dry with no oil :)
