Oil can only be used in diesel engines and then its best to run it at a 5% mix as thats what car manufacurers will allow under warranty. If you want to use oil it needs to be cut with a solvent to break down the long chained molecules. Some stations are pumping 100% bio diesel but will often advise on modifications to allow this.

The best you can do on a petrol engine is e10 which is a mixture of ethanol and petrol.

This isnt readily available although alot of Tesco's pumps now pump up e5 (5% ethanol) as standard.

Morrisons is rolling out e85 in all its new stations and has it in a few down south. But for anything more than a 10% mix you need metal parts as oposed to rubber as the ethanol is just too harsh. This is best for the new breed of flex fuel cars that can run on anything between 85% ethanol and 100% unleaded.

As long as it has a Bosch pump it would run on 100% Vegetable oil, however i would use a decent pre heater first. Also I would advise only doing it in the summer as in the winter its too thick. as for using it in your petrol engine you cant, however why dont you try an LPG conversion. Even cheaper to run.
