To be truthful, if it was me, i would just go in and say you want it sorting under warrenty, you want a courtesy cra whilst they have it, and you want it sorting.

If not under the Sale of goods act 1979, (someone may come along and inform the year is wrong, but who cares) You want it repairing or replacing for a vehicle which is fit for the purpose, e.g. one that works.

If they are not willing to help, speak to trading standards, they are very nice people, and can help.

to be fair, i am probably one of the friendliest debt collectors. i actually work as a part of close motor finance, so i made sure to pay for my ca in cash!!

you're right, this is their problem to sort out. i don't mind taking them to court to sort it out if it goes that far. just so sick of that corsa they gave me last time mine was in...

hope you get this sorted, as i hate to see upset skoda drivers, we seem to be some of the friendliest on the road!!! Well when not entangled in road rage, or is that just me.

Sorry to hear your woes , I hope you get it sorted! I've not had any probs with lights on the dash (yet) but I did need a new steering rack , tho I bet the 32 speed bumps I have to drive over every time I leave and enter my estate (housing , not country...lol) have something to do with that!
