Seen these on Ebay for an uprated setup stylee. Obviously bigger discs and pads etc. Sounds like a good idea as my Fabia is remapped and extra stopping ability could be handy but is this easily do-able?

Bolt straight on to a vRS Fabia. I have them on mine although soon will be brembo instead. Is a very easy job to do with that golfturbo kit on Ebay. It really is good value for money as the brakes are essentially brand new.
