Ahem, can you tell me more about this please? Who makes them then?

I can't remember who makes them but they are a pattern part with a brass impeller, if you speak to GSF they'll probably be able to tell you more.

The guys on UK MkIV Golf forum use them a lot especially on the petrol GTi's which are much more prone to having the impellers breaking up & I've never heard of anyone having any problems with the metal replacements.

I was in GSF, Exeter earlier this morning - that's the irony. :D

Actually, I forgot I had this, here's a photo of a brass impeller on one I fitted.....

If these are much better than the normal ones, I wonder why VAG haven't made it an official uprated part? :confused:
