New radiator fitted, still looking good on 'no oil in water' side of things this morning. Will be driven again.

Hopefully the new green filter will be fitted pre-RR to keep the smoke down

I have been given a different courtesy car this time due to another customer having the A2 - Never thought I'd be driving a Renault Megane 1.6 16V automatic.

For an automatic it isn't bad, much faster than the US 2.0 barge I was driving when I was over there two years ago

It should keep me mobile until a RR slot is available and give the guys a little more time to make sure all is good.

Apologies for the delay in the ECU swap - it will happen - and once I get the results in I'll drop the on site of course

It is booked in for Thursday now - fingers crossed it will be done & completed then

Thanks again to APS as although things are taking longer than hoped for, they are the type of business that has pride in their work and WANT to warranty it and do a great job. Worth the wait in my book.

Fancy doing some tests to see if the panel filter makes a difference to a fresh clean factory one when on the rollers with your state of tune?

Unfortunately I won't be able to do that as I'm not gonna be there in person on Thursday :( - that said I am seriously considering doing a RR session at JKM in the near-ish future to get a relative bench figure
