hi guys, was wondering what these are, are they just for strengthening the chassis or something and can i remove them as a temporary measure to get more of a load in the back without something underneath dropping off?

(i have a horrible vision of taking em off an not being able to get em back on again)

They are chassis stiffeners.

The estate doesnt have them and runs 16" alloys as a result.

I dont see a problem with removing them for load carrying - nothing will fall off.

cheers, was just worried about the frame sagging and not been able to reallign them back up if i take em off, i only want to remove em for a weekend to fir all my race gear in the back.
