Anyone make sense of this log. Seems a work unit of mine just decided to stop part way through and start a new one - Not had this happen before. Checked on my scores and I got given a whopping THREE points for it!

Out of hard disk space on that drive? I've never bothered to check mine...

Well, this is just my home PC, pretty basic machine. And the HDD has enough room. Not got a clue what "gromacs" are. :confused:

I have had a few of those lately. Just means that the calculation has gone into a loop and cannot continue, disc space has no baring on it. You will be credited with the points for how far it got.

This happened to me a week or so ago on one of my machines... two WU's one after the other processed less than 10% stopped uploaded and started a new one.

It's been fine since then though so I wouldn't worry.
