Hello:) What suggestions do you have to make a felicia look good:confused:

Well if your starting from scratch with no car care products here's a little starters guide.

Tools...

To keep your car looking good you need to correct tools and hardware to keep it looking good.

Lambswool Sheepskin Washmitts

Microfibre Wash Mitt

Soft Wheel Brush (face and inner)

Microfibre Towels

Microfibre Waffle Weave Drying Towels

Microfibre Applicator Pads

Buckets and Grit Guards

Products...

To use with the tools you'll need a fine selection of products.

Shampoo - Something which offers good lubricity, suds and washing action.

Pure Polish - A polish which has no abrasive or compound properties but enhances gloss and depth.

Glaze - Enhances final finish and adds clarity and gloss to reflections

Wax - Seals in the shine, beads rain and water, helps protect paint from the elements, bird droppings etc

Wheel Shampoo - A good shampoo with dirt eating action, i prefer to use a shampoo on wheels as apose to wheel cleaners as they can be harsh and abrasive, although on some wheels i use gentle wheel cleaners with no acids.

Wheel Sealant - Keeps wheels cleaner for longer and makes cleaning them when they do get dirty it makes cleaning really easy.

Tyre Dressing - A good tyre dressing can give your tyres a great look, prevent them from cracking and browning, and nice glossy tyres finishes off your car really nicely.

Extras - Glass cleaners, metal polishes, plastic/bumper dressings etc can all add to getting that perfect shine and cleanse to your car.

Feel free to browse my main supplier Clean and Shiny - Perfection in Reflection for a place to buy these great products online.

Also browse my website and contact me if you need any particular advice for a certain problem/area :)

Hi Gaz, and welcome to Briskoda. Can you please have a read through the signature rules, especially the part about commercial links in them :)

Feel free to offer advice, but keep the commercial aspect low unless you would like to become a partner.

Thanks for the welcome i shall change my signiture accordingly asap.

I would be interested in becoming a partner of this forum, i support many car forums as i feel it is great that so many different interests and cultures are creating such warm, friendly communitys.

I for one know that there is one or two detailers i know off other forums that are on Briskoda, but i feel that whatever car you have, it should be kept at its best possible condition. Hense my love and pure passion for detailing.
