Washer fluid light

Featured Replies

Just a rant

I seem to get a couple o screen washes before that damned alarm goes off. I either have a leak or that alarm is set to go off at 3/4 full!!

Sorry rant over, just didnt appreciate being PEEEEEEPed on a monday morning ;)

If you fill it to the brim does it cancel the warning?

It's likely the sensor's contaminated causing it to false alarm but I'd have thought it would have been an all or nothing.

You can disable the alarm.

Senders dont like the bottle freezing up.

Which Fabias have this as standard?

vRS, Elegance and maybe Ambient iirc.

Just the vRS to my knowledge - Unless the elegance trims get it too?

Ah right , I never let my bottle get down that much , so I would never have heard the beep or saw the light , even if my car had it! The 1984 Mitsubishi Galant had this feature on the whole range though , and a bulb out warning lamp too....so much for progress...lol!

Yep,on Elegance too and seems to go off at about 2/5 full point
