Hi,

Well apparently my replacement engine has arrived at APS today (a fair bit earlier on). The guys are going to be fitting it all together again, running the car for a bit to make sure they're happy, then back to Superchips again to check it's ok with this engine/map combo. Once that's done, I'll have a go at it again myself

Driving the Transporter 2.5TDI, which is mapped. It has a few minor quirks like lack of heating, a temperamentful reverse gear engagement and driver door opening

That said it goes well and does what I need it to do, and the A2 can be used for the more usual customers :P

I'm not too worried about driving a van anyway, so why complicate things

Should be at the Leather Bottle meet on Friday all going well, I dunno which car I'll be in 'next time' but kinda hoping it will be mine
