Throttle allignment problem

Following a recent remap on my Octavia I have had an intermittent but persistent problem of loosing the throttle allignment i.e the boost reverts to that of the pre re-map. Restarting the engine resets the allignment but is an inconvenient and temporary solution. I have returned to the supplier to have a throttle body clean and reallignment which usually solves the problem, but this has unfortunatley failed in my case.

Does anyone have any experience of this and a possible solution please.
