Cant seem to find the info in the haynes manual.

Does anyone know how much is need to do a complete flush of the system?

From experience in other cars 1 litre is usually enough, and thats on longer cars than a fabia. So I think 1 litre should be fine.

Super blue gets my vote, super dot 4 spec, but its coloured blue so you know exactly when the old stuff is out
