Parrot CK3100 in Fabia?

Featured Replies

Has anyone fitted one of these in a Fabia? Any problems? Where have you put the bits and pieces - control box, display, microphone? And do you have any pictures?

Loads of threads in the Ice section

i fit these kits on a daily basis as part of my job.

will work in fabia really well.

its all up to personal preference. i tend to run the mic up to the top of the windscreen either at one side or in the middle.

if you remove the standard hu and the tray under it there is loads of room to hind all the wires and blue control box.

the display/controls can also go anywhere you prefer or feel confident to strip down to access. an easy place is stuck to the flat part at the side of the steering column. i have the 3200ls in mine and have the screen above the hu stuck to one of the blanking covers next to the asr button with the wire neatly tucked into one of the gaps.

or if your local to west yorkshire ill give ya a hand fitting.

Got one in mine, display is fitted on a blank in the row of switches by the radio, which would allow easy removal without trace left (just have to buy a cheap blanking plate).

Microphone on mine is in the middle but I might one day move that to the side, might work better.

Where did the box of tricks go?

I didnt fit it myself but I'm fairly sure it was fitted at roughly in front of the ashtray (underneath that cover)

I see: get legless for wireless.

I'm still wondering whether to get the ck3100 or the ck3000 evolution fitted.

Would the ck3100 screen fit in the tray under the oem head unit? otherwise i think i'm going to go for the ck3000 evolution mounted on one of the blanks above the radio so it looks discreet.

If anyone is looking for them cheap to get fitted, these seem pretty reasonable!
