Just godt my Octy RS remapped, and it now goes like a rocket

Then I installed PowerFlex engine mount bushes to handle the more power and it works great, BUT the PowerFlex bushes are very hard compared to the standard ones, which gives a lot of vibration.

Is there a more "soft" alternative to PowerFlex? Maybe standard bushes from a TDI?

I think that they soften up after a few miles so ease off with the harshness
