i have a skoda flica cube van,

thanks to the forum site!!!

i was having probs with the heater glow plug and came on your site and found out the problem and have solved that.

i am still having problems starting the 1.9 diesel engine, if i push it i can start in about 4 meters, if i try to start it just flatens the battery the skoda has only done 48000 miles and when running goes like a trooper

Things to check:-

1) Is the starter motor spinning the engine at the right speed?

2) Is it trying to catch and not? If so, suspect the glow plug control box is cutting off early.
