Stone Chips

Featured Replies

Thanks to a bleeding gritter I now have some of the above.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of these, or would it be worth just polishing them and at the end of the winter getting chips away to do the lot.

Also does anyone know of any products eg waxes etc, that protect against stone chips really well. I had just waxed the car, and even then the buggers got through.

I have a chipped nose too, and a wee dent on the bonnet from a pheasant, I got the chipsaway guy to come around (before the dent) and he told me to go to a bodyshop :(

I really would be happier with a full front end job now instead, so have ordered a new bonnet, and it'll cover the scratch from the little sh!t that decided my car would make a lovely place to park her bike.

Think Im lookng at about £400 for a front end job, As for protection A clear film is available, and I have asked previously about getting a bra for the car, but none are forthcoming
