Translate my VAGCOM readout?

Featured Replies

fatty5000 (who is a top bloke) kindly plugged VAGCOM into my 1.9TDI this morning and has furnished me with the following readout.

This suggests what I've already feared - the MAF sensor is knackered. The recently clean it underwent as per the guide on here hasn't done any good. Is my course of action to now obtain a new one and fit it and become happy? Cheers!

Might need a new n75 valve as well..... but change the MAF first!

Yup, although that isn't working DGW if I google it I find loads of stuff which all of which say MAF first, N75 second.

Suffice it to say my appointment with the stealer to pay

if i remember rightly i had the rear door central locking intermittent thingy on my vagcom readout, it turned out not to be the rear lock, but the water in the drivers door problem

If fatty5000 were a "top bloke" he'd be using a newer version of VAG-COM than 303.1...;-)

The 'water gets into the plug and rots the connectors' thing?

Oh dear. :(
