when i put the a/c in II the he wont start butt when i put the a/c at the maximum capacity it work .. i need to kno how can i fix this or if the blower of the ac it need it to change ...ahh one more thing its doesnt freeze enought ... forget my english i need to practice my writting

I have had this problem before - its either the switch, or the motor for the blower is wearing out.
