is there anyway the warning chime for the temperature display can be turned off? it's frightening my pupils. they say it sounds like an aeroplane seatbelt warning. lol.

I find that wearing glasses protects my eyes from the cold - therefore not frightening my pupils

I think it can be modified by VAGcom... but dont hold me to that

PS.. do you not cringe everytime you practice parralel parking with a learner "pleeeese dont kerb the wheeeels" :eek:

Or just get a PD100 TDI which has no temp warning beep. :P

( It's bad enough the computer comes up with the temp every time it gets below 5 degC... )
