Does anyone have an Alientech controller installed with anti-hijack activated?

I'm planning on getting an Alientech controller for the summer I am probably showing my ignorance but I was just wondering if the anti-hijack system would cause any problems? At the moment my car requires one plip to unlock the drivers door and then another to unlock the rest of the car - will this still work the same? Also when I drive off the doors lock, will this function be affected? I don't want to spend the money and pull my door apart to fit it only to find that it doesn't work - or it stops something else working!
