My vrs has recently had the battery disconnected and the 1 shot electic window function stopped working. The guy at the garage just went through a routine of winding the windows fully up and down a certain number of times and holding the buttons up/down to 're-code' it and everything again works fine!

My question is...

I have seen several threads mentioning certain features that can be re-coded, or switched on with VAGCOM but is there any definative list that shows all these features (anti-hijacking, beeps for fob door locking/unlocking etc, window open/close via the fob).

It would be good to know all the little things that are surely part of the car now but are simply not switched on because its 'only' a Skoda.

Hello and welcome. I know nothing aside from what I've read on here To save you forever on searches, I don't think there's a list of fixes or workarounds generally. I'm thinking it might be better to ask which thing it is you are trying to fix?
