I Own A 2004 Octavia Vrs And A Couple Of Weeks Ago Noticed That When I Reach Speeds Of 70mph+ The Steering Starts To Vibrate.i Have Had The Front Tyres Re-balanced But It's Still Doing It,any Advice Or Suggestions Would Be Greatly Appreciated. Thanks

I have the same issue, but my local dealership tells me that my rear mount bushes are worn (??). They're getting sorted on Wednesday, hopefully

Had exactly the same on my MK I (non VRS).

I would suggest taking the car to a good tyre place and getting them to "finger plate balance" the cars tyres. I had had new tyres and the wheels balanced normally to no effect but this fixed it, which was a great relief.:thumbup:
