Stream problem no CDC

Featured Replies

My TDI VRS is having radio issues , the radio cuts out and cant get a signal and flashes no CDC , presumably thats the cd changer??

Seeings as the unit is still connected and the bluetooth works on , i'm thinking the small black aerial lead on the rear of the unit may have become dislodged.

Would that effect the Cd changer???

Hi Rich,

Without knowing what connections you've made in order to fit the bluetooth unit, it's hard to say what might be causing the problem.

If the stereo worked prior to fitting the bluetooth, then it's a good bet something got messed up during the fitting.

The first thing I would try is removing the headunit, and checking all the connections. Better still, if you can disconnect the bluetooth kit (without too much hassle), do so, and retest the radio.

It sounds like a dodgy connection somewhere, but you'll have to pull it apart to find out.

Hope this helps,

Bagpuss.
