I'm pretty sure you get L&K door sill and L&K mats as standard...check on the skoda website and it says there. Get back on to the dealer!

there was no mention of the sill protectors for my 55 L&K but I confirmed with another member on here that it shoud come with them in this post http://www.briskoda.net/forums/new-octavia/sill-protectors-l-k/73558/?highlight=sill

I sent a quick email to skoda uk who confirmed that it should have come with the sill protectors and they gaev me the part number and an auth code for the dealer to fit them for free. Got them put on in Mitchells the other week in super quick time. Not that they dont look liek the ones you would buy, ie plastic with metal inserts. They are a single strip of stainless which goes on the lower ridge of the sill. Im aiming to get some of the plastic ones so i can cover the sills on the back doors to save them fromt he kids feet!

the dealer i bought the car from were no use as the salesman just said it didnt have them due to it not being an 07 model. how wrong he was and briskoda knowledge wins again!

PS, not sure about the mats sorry but there were none with mine. the dealer fitted rubber ones for free which i actually prefer becuase you can shrub them with a wet brush when i washt he car!

Well I got the one before they gave the brill spec, and I got the dealer to throw in the standard Octavia mats, but mine came with L&K door sills on the front and plastic on the back.

I prefer that carpet ones as they look nice...but the rubber is probably a lot better for cleaning!

Hi all a quick update,called salesman,who was very helpfull,and hes getting the sills ordered and also i noticed yesterday there are no L&K markings/stickers? anywhere on the car,so he's getting them ordered to,i wondered if the car was in fact an elegance with the extras just fitted?

Some came with the sill plates and badges some didnt, was odd and didnt seem to follow any kind of pattern.

I used to order sill plates and ask if the customer wanted badges as some would rather not have them.

What other badges and stickers you get? I got the L&K badge on the back and the sills, thats all I got? Is that it?

is the L&K badge for the back orderable? i didnt get one of those either :(

My '06 L&K had the sill plates and the L&K badge on the back but I had to pay extra (£35 I think) for floor mats. As mentioned elsewhere on this forum the badge looks like a cake decoration, just a VERY cheap plastic thing. I would take it off but I don't want to risk damaging the paintwork underneath.

The '07 L&K spec is so much higher than a year ago. If only I had waited... ...

I know how you feel...I got mine first week of Jan! About 2 weeks after I had it...they mentioned about the New Spec

I ordered late Jan, but was lucky and got my order updated in time. Still waiting for it though............

Bugger. Thats gone down a fair bit. DTD when I ordered was £18605.34, and its back up again to £18464.37 again now. Is the £17600 for the new L&K spec, or the old one?

EDIT - Just had the call........My car has arrived!

The £17,600 was for old spec, plus ESP, Paint, and rear blind, now with new spec and paint its £17,700.
