power loss

help please 1.9tdi octavia car feels vey sluggish and engine tone sounds as though it is running retarded.when really cold engine pulls fine but as soon as it starts to warm up it this happens it feels as if the maf sensor is faulty. i have fitted new coolent sensor and new maf sensor is there anything else it could be, been told it may want timing resetting, mileage is 77k
