Uh oh.... where to start??? I did make car like i want. And everything perfect till one day did not start to *cough cough* a lil engine. Then i change spark plugs and then did started show! Original ignition pack did burn down. Car was working only on 2 cyl's! I did changed and after 2 week's again. Then new one and after only 2 day's, then again after 4 days, now is already 5th day and still running! (I am so happy) I did removed MoTec after i did do dyagnosis and sayed that is all OK. But anyways is burning my ignition pack! (was been afraid that i did not missed param. for ignition coil) But same sh*it. So now with all my knowledge must change car! (BTW. i am one of those that hate to work on their own car and in Skoda Shanghai no chance that they resolve problem) hehe

That is shortest version ^_^

Engine have lighweight cranck (6.2 KG), Mahle pistons, hand made rod's and some more stuff.

Cranck is balanced in 0.035 mV with 2 set's of clutch and of course pully's. Very easy to spin it! Head: changed angle of the sit's of intake valve on 19 degre and out valve on 25. Titan lifters, spring doubled on 35% more. Nothing special actually but its make me happy! (Till few weeks a go)

Thanks everyone for asking!

Hopefuly my friend will find time to come to my workshop and open all wiring to see where is problem. I really dont have time and dont want. hehe

have fun everyone!

i suggest that possibly the motec unit isn't wired up right.... maybe you have used the wrong ignition driver output and toasted the coilpack... those coilpacks have an amplifier built in... on some ecu's you need to use a resistor in the earth line of the ignition driver to compensate for this

Hey TeflonTom! Thx for advice, but hardly that after 1 year with MoTec M400 is not right now something wrong. BTW> i do that stuff for like 14 years now. (did stated in era of galant VR4 and Lancer EVO 1) Something did hapened and i am to lazy and to much hate my own car and busy a bit to take care of it. If anyone dont find out why is burning every few days i will sell it and buy another car.

BTW. waiting for trothle body?? Need some for u'r Skoda? I got a lot! Just say u'r need's!

Have fun! ^_^
