Is there any way to easily (without a full remap) get some more power to my 1.4 16V especially at the low rev range 1-3K ?

Even a full remap wouldnt do a lot.

Define easy though, to me fitting a gas flowed head and a set of cams is easy enough. But then easy doesnt always mean cheap.
