Hi , My name is Jim and I live in Leyland Lancashire. I`m now on my fifth Scoda and still can`t find a bad thing to say about any of them (not that I`m looking - mind you).

Prior to retiring my business partner and I ran two pairs of Otavia 1.9 diesel estates and fully loaded gave 100% better fuel returns than our Land Rover Discoveries. (52 MPG as opposed to 27MPG).

Since then I have had a Favia estate and am now on my second Fabia estate.

I`d no intention of buying my current car, but whilst waiting for my previous one to have it`s second annual service, I was made an offer to exchange that I would have been mad to turn down.

One thing I have noticed since buying my first Skoda is that all the jokes have dried up and all I now get is admiration.
