How much did you pay for your vRS?

Featured Replies

I'm looking at potentially buying a brand new Fabia vRS - madness I know. Maybe even a SE one.

Just wondering how much you guys paid, and more importantly if you got any discount of the list price of a new vRS or Special Edition one?

I would be a cash buyer - what should I be pushing for?

£12,500

Red, Xenons, CD changer, cruise control, mats, headlamp protectors :)

£12,370 iirc see sig :D

As far as i'm aware there are no more 'normal' vRS being made, so its unlikely you'll be able to buy a new one from the dealers - car supermarkets might have some NOS through. Plus you would be a bit crazy buying now as they have been on 0% finance for the last 6 months.

SE models - don't think the dealers are offering any discount

According to the Skoda UK website, the RRP for the SE is 12,995

I've just looked at my bank details - my deposit was 490, and the rest was 12,500 - so I got a fiver off !!:D

I stand corrected

When I was looking into one myself recently they told me the only ones now available until the new one is released are the special edition of 1000 to be made, looking at the Skoda website all you could get the other week were the estate normal ones and a sparce selection that was too.

£11495 from Drive the Deal... Met black, all else std... Seemingly bad deal, from the above posts...!

£14,000 for a vehicle with full asking price of £15,100.

Standard in Red + ESP, Xenons, Cruise, Heated Seats, Skoda Leather and CD Changer.

Dealer matched DTD price (£12,400) to £300 but wouldn't discount the leather.

Still I was pleased :)

Although wish I knew about Seat Surgeons before going ahead with the Skoda version. It's still excellent, but compared in price and the fact they (SS) do the door cards I would of gone with them.
