How to remove Felicia radio?

Featured Replies

Hi

Can anyone tell me how remove my radio without having to buy specialist tools? I sse two holes on either side where I understand you are suppose to insert some sort of remove tool and pull out the radio. The sound is very poor and I just want to check the connections to the speakers are OK.

Thanks

Fiona

the wire will work but you must be patient it is a bit tricky it might not come out very easy.

you can buy those 'special' ISO radio removal tools from halfords for about £4

I use wooden skewers for bbqs and the like, anything long and thin with a bit of rigidity - !

I use a small screwdriver down each of the small holes, works everytime :D

lol :P

:iagree: but what's the point risking breaking the radio when the tools are so cheap anyway:confused:

its the age old challenge of fashioning a tool from materials that you are not supposed to use

and the smug grin that follows, and the sudden urge to make fire and hunt animals and stuff.

On woodie- radio removal is as follows..

1. Locate Radio

2. Position size 12 boot behind it.

3. kick up and back.

4. Radio out.

there is nothing to impede access at the rear of the radio
